Break details and cost
Welcome to the 6th ‘Strictly’ summer dance break. This year we have again chosen the Marsham Court Hotel in Bournemouth, transferring the delights from the beautiful English countryside to the beautiful English seaside.
The hotel is situated on the sea front at Eastcliff and all the front facing rooms, including the magnificent ballroom, overlook the sea. We have exclusive use of the Ballroom and once again we will be accompanied by the talents of
DJ Kevin Bunclark of ‘KB Sounds’, who will provide the hosting for both nights of dance.
The break comprises the following:-
Arrive at hotel in the afternoon of Friday 1st July
Welcome drinks reception at 6pm
Dinner served at 6:45pm in reserved area of restaurant.
Dancing in the Terrace Ballroom from 8:15pm until late.
Breakfast Saturday morning.
Optional dance tuition by ‘Strictly’ from 10:15am until 12:15pm (Tea and coffee will be served at half time)
Saturday afternoon free to explore the delights of Bournemouth and the coast.
Gala dinner in restaurant at 6:30pm
Black Tie ball in the Terrace Ballroom from 8:15pm onwards
Breakfast Sunday morning 3rd July.
Depart for home (or more shopping etc in Bournemouth)
The cost of the break this year will be £220.00 per person inclusive. Four single rooms will be available at the same rate – i.e. there will be no single supplement charge.
There are available 9 double/twin rooms with a sea view at a extra cost of £30.00 per room per night. Some of these rooms also have a balcony, for which the extra cost is £35.00 per room per night. These will be allocated on a first come first served basis, so please state what type of room you would prefer when replying.
To confirm your place on the break a £25.00 deposit per person. will be required. The balance is payable 3 weeks prior to arrival. The deposit and balance can be in the form of a cheque, a bank transfer or cash. It is advisable to take out holiday insurance as after the balance date any cancellations may be chargeable. The deposit is non-refundable.
